Our History
The charity (Registered Charity Number 1189637) was formed on 22 May 2020 as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation with a Foundation constitution. This means that only the trustees have a formal say in the running of the charity. A bank account was opened with HSBC bank in June 2021. In October 2021 the charity also took over 100% of the share capital of The Sabre Club Limited (Registered Number: 12384648)
